If you take this please try to answer as truthfully as you can so that you get accurate results. I myself scored a 178, which is not a really low score. How ever since the scores are between 35 and 380 my score is a lower one. Therefore I myself am mostly a type B person. This means that I am more laid back and relaxed. According to his test I am mellow and basically "go with the flow'". However I do have a higher low score so I would assume that I also have some Type A personality in my being as well. Type A people are more easily angered. They are more competitive and focused on time. Since I know myself pretty well I think that these results are correct. I'm no big party person or even very social but I try to just be calm and collected. Mellow and all that. But sometimes anger can take the best of me, sometimes. Also I'm not really all that competitive though I can be in certain activities. I think the results are pretty close but I still have a lot of growing left to do. So who knows I could completely change before I age and die.
