Ok we all know the little smiley faces you can make right. You know the :) :( :P =D and so on right? Well can you guess which one is the best of them all? No probably not. The best web smiley is...^_^ Yup that's the one. Do know why? It's because in that little "face" there is so much joy and happieness that it's overwhelming. Truly it is.
