Sleep

Ok everyone needs to sleep right? Of course or they couldn't function and would eventually die. Of course that's why insomniacs aren't always very healthy right? Anyway just because we all need it doesn't mean we need ot enjoy it. Sleep is so depressing. I mean come on lets be realistic if you think about it it could depress you. It's so lonely. At least for anyone without someone to sleep with. It's utter isolation. Plus think of how much time you lose from needing to sleep. It's down right sadening that I lose at least 5 hours of my day to sleep. I eat, shouldn't that be enough for my energy levels? I suppose it should be but is not. Just one more thing that I have to accept.
