The world of dreams

How crazy is it that even while we sleep our minds are still working. Thnking on their own creating worlds that you only look into. Worlds that you are a participant in but have no control over. It's fasinating if you ever stop to think about it. I mean where do dreams come from? Probably a mixture of all of your thoughts. Or at least some of them right? So couldn't you kind of discover your own thoughts by what you dream of during your sleep? I think you could if you can remember and interpret the dream that is.
